How long does it take to fulfil an order?

We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfilment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfilment time with the estimated shipping time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel an order that has already been submitted, unless it’s being fulfilled. Click the Change Order button on the Orders page and edit the products and shipping options from there.

What does Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) mean?

Printful’s estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. We calculate EDT by adding the estimated fulfilment time to the estimated shipping time.

The estimated delivery time is only that—an estimate—and not a guarantee. Please wait a little longer if your EDT runs out. Contact us via email or chat after 5 business days, and we’ll look into it.
